Rental rates: (Deposits are non-refundable after 72hrs prior to reservation date but may be applied to a future date/event within 1 year)
The hourly rental rate is $85, with a 2-hour minimal.
Weekends (Friday-Saturday) $700.00 for 6 hours, $200.00 deposit * Sundays (1pm-7pm only) $500.00 with $150
* Weekdays (Mon-Thursday) $325.00 for 5 hours. with a $150 deposit
Complimentary Services include:
Drinks/Food Warmers- Bring your own (prepared food) We provide food warmers and will assist with setting up your food. We will provide bottled water and soda(Coke products); plus, coffee and tea .BYOB. House Wine available upon request.
Music- Bring your own music or a DJ. We will supply professional speakers with Bluetooth. We recommend @djk_keithgarrett (210)355-0309 You are welcome to choose your own.
Décor- Bring your own decor, We provide black or white tablecloths and seat covers. We provide basic center pieces.
